Our admissions process has been designed to be simple, secure, and fully online, enabling students from anywhere in the world to begin their theological education with ease. Whether you are preparing for ministry, seeking to deepen your understanding of God's Word, or pursuing an academic degree, we are committed to making your enrollment experience smooth and accessible.
How to Apply
Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Submit the online application form available on our official website:
The application is available in English and Hindi to serve students from diverse backgrounds.
Step 2: Upload the Required Documents
Applicants are required to upload the supporting documents applicable to the program for which they are applying. Required documentation may vary depending on the course or degree level.
Examples may include:
• Academic transcripts or certificates
• Proof of identity
• Passport-size photograph
• Ministry recommendation (where applicable)
• Any additional documents required for the selected program
Step 3: Pay the Enrollment and Program Fees
After submitting your application, complete the payment of the applicable Enrollment Fee and Program/Course Fee for your chosen course of study.
Our tuition has been intentionally structured to remain affordable while maintaining the quality and integrity of theological education.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an official admission confirmation from Trinity Theological Seminary.
You will be provided with:
• Student Registration Number
• Student Login ID
• Secure Password
• Access to the Student Learning Portal
Through your online student portal, you will have access to:
• Course syllabus
• Study materials
• Lecture resources
• Assignments
• Academic announcements
• Student support services
• Program progress and records
You may begin your studies immediately after your admission has been confirmed.
Program Duration
Each certificate, diploma, degree, and specialized course has a prescribed minimum completion period designed to ensure adequate academic engagement and successful learning outcomes.
Students are expected to complete all academic requirements within the time period specified for their program.
If a student does not complete the program within the permitted duration, re-enrollment may be required in accordance with the seminary's academic policies. In such cases, the student may be required to submit a new application and complete the applicable registration process.
